Nestled in the Osage Hills, just north of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shepherd's Fold Ranch has been providing affordable rental services to churches, schools, sports teams and others since 1972.

With 224 beds centrally located on 88 acres means you have a lot of room for guests but don't have to walk too far to get across camp.

MEALS
A great event can be ruined by poor meals. Our meals are all freshly prepared by very talented cooks and consistently receive high praise. Don't stress about meal prep- let us take care of breakfast, lunch, dinner and those late night snacks.
Meal Service
Meal service requires a group minimum of 30. All meals are served from our Dining Hall and arrangements can be made for outside catering if requested.
Breakfast = $8.50
Lunch = $9.50/person
Dinner = $10.00/person
Snack = $6.00/ person
Kitchen Rental
For group sizes 120+ interested in providing their own meal service, a kitchen rental is an option.
Rental fee: $500/ day
This includes all the pots, pans, utensils, and necessary equipment for food prep, service, and cleanup. Dishes, flatware, and dish soap will be provided.
ACTIVITIES
Part of the fun of getting out in the country is enjoying new activities. Take a hike around our pond, jump off the tower if you are daring, or just cozy up next to a campfire and gaze at the stars.
