Ron has been involved with Shepherd's Fold for many years - first as a camper, then a staff member. He served in the Army and built successful businesses before returning to Shepherd's Fold with his wife and children in 2011. He guides all first year Furnace students in their discipleship training and enjoys training up the next generation in the way they should go.

Jonah's grandparents Don and Shirley Staires started SFR in 1972 and he is a great example of their lasting legacy. He is a great balance of high-energy fun and impactful spiritual development. His wife, Allie, and son, Peter, are his pride and joy!
Scottie Jo Hargrave

Bringing over five years of experience and a passion for supporting campers and their families, Scottie Jo serves as the Camp Registrar, managing registration and communication. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and snuggling with her two lovable Rottweilers (who are convinced they're lap dogs!).
Todd Peterson

After being a youth pastor for 12 years and fathering 4 children, Todd is an expert at relationship building. He now uses that skill to help connect hopeful homeowners with sellers as a dedicated realtor. At SFR, he helps different groups identify the value of our staff and grounds as they relate to their retreat needs.

From camper, to counselor, to SLT, and full-time staff, Nate has just about done it all. You will typically find him at Collaborative Coffee or on a pickleball court in Tulsa. He tells the story of Shepherd's Fold in an effort to further our mission!

Lucia's heart for others is showcased by her skill and gift of hosting. People feel championed by her intentional encouragement and cared for by her strategic planning. From payroll to decorations, she takes care of the details!

Luke is always down for a 1-on-1 conversation where he does more listening than talking. He loves to ask the question, "What is the Lord revealing to you?". Luke helps care for the summer staff's spiritual development both during summer camp and the off-season.

Rachel serves Shepherd's Fold as the Discipleship Coordinator, where she combines her love for people with her passion for details and organization. Known for her enthusiasm and constant laughter, Rachel is living out her dream by serving at camp year-round.
Dave Boggs
Facility Director
Mr. Boggs has been a staple at Shepherd's Fold for many years, taking care of problems by creating genius solutions! As a former pastor, he does an incredible job taking care of the things behind the scenes that create so many ministry opportunities on our camp grounds.

The next generation of Boggs is here and Steven is carrying that family name legacy with gusto. He is humble enough to admit when he doesn't know the answer and determined enough to figure it out.
