Meet Together. Eat Together. Serve Together.

Community is a beautiful thing! Jesus simply shared life with people, meaning He lived alongside them. Through that, He made disciples. That’s my goal!

Monday, November 18 I hosted the first going-to-be-a-monthly dinner at my house! I invited about 20 college ladies – some being SFR summer staff, some not. A total of 6 ladies came and we had a GREAT time! Check out the menu below. Here’s how it worked- ladies signed up to come, we divided up the ingredients for the meal we cooked and assigned 1-2 ingredients to each attendee. Then everyone arrived with their ingredient(s), we put them together (AKA we cooked), then we shared the delicious meal together!

This summer, we will live in a tight-knit community for 10 weeks. Gals from the monthly dinner, along with many other guys and gals will join together to serve in the Furnace. It’s SFR’s summer discipleship program specifically designed for 18-24 year old men and women. For more information, check out our Furnace Page.
