The Furnace 2014; Summer Discipleship Training
The Furnace is a Summer Discipleship Training Program at Shepherd’s Fold Ranch Summer Camp and Retreat Center. It is a ten week program, beginning May 25 and lasting through July 31, 2014. We have been taking applications since August of 2013 and currently have 22 Furnace students enrolled for this summer’s program! There are another four applications currently in process. This is a RECORD count for January!
The Furnace began in 2007 under the direction of its originator, Clay Staires. Clay is the youngest son of Don and Shirley Staires, founders of Shepherd’s Fold Ranch. Clay served as the Executive Director for 10 years, preceding the current Executive Director, Ron Griffin.
